About us
Welcome! I'm So Glad You're Here.
Dr. Jane Yip is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst–Doctoral (BCBA-D) and the founder of MidWay ABA, where neuroscience meets heart-led therapy. With over a decade of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Dr. Jane is passionate about connecting cutting-edge brain science with personalized care for children on the autism spectrum.
Dr. Jane’s work extends beyond the walls of the clinic. She partners with school districts, pediatricians, and families to create a continuum of care that supports every child’s environment. In addition, her collaboration with the Department of Child Services enables MidWay ABA to provide specialized therapy for children in the foster care system, ensuring access to consistent, trauma-informed support.
Known for her calm presence and evidence-based leadership, Dr. Jane believes that understanding a child’s mind is the first step to unlocking their potential. Her guiding philosophy is simple yet powerful:
“We don’t just work to manage behaviors. We work to understand them. Because understanding leads to growth.”
More About Dr. Yip
BCBA-D, Clinical Director, and PHD Neuroscientist- Dr. Jane Yip
“When I first began practicing in the U.S., I met many families who felt caught between multiple providers, each addressing a different aspect of their child’s needs, yet few working together. That experience inspired me to build MindWay ABA (formally known as Autism Parent Care) as a truly collaborative clinic: one that brings together data-driven analysis, applied behavior science, and deep empathy for each family’s journey.”
The MindWay Mission
“At MindWay ABA, our mission is to bring understanding, innovation, and compassion together, helping every person who comes to us reach their potential, one mindful moment at a time.”
